Restaurants are willing to advertise their creativity and product quality through a various of marketing tools like YouTube and Instagram.
The range of products vary from seasonings to meal-kits.
Though exiry dates and accessibility to end-customer is still limited compared to frozen food,
it doesn't seem to pressure the restaurants to complete with big food producers.
Thanks to the surge in demand and the usage of e-commerce, restaurants have found another benefic creation plan.
